Within one working day
A written reply from us, with two or three time slots. If you described a particular situation, we answer on that specific point.
Before the session
You gather seven figures. The list is on the right, with where to find each one. Allow half an hour. If a figure is missing, we work without it or estimate it together.
On the day
One hour of guided work. We enter your figures with you and you watch the compass take shape. You ask your questions, we test one or two transition scenarios.
At the end
Your compass, and no obligation. You keep the reading: your three pillars, your nine sub-groups, your points of fragility and one action path.
